How to get Czech technology to foreign trade fairs with an EU subsidy? A case study: Malotraktory Šálek

Foreign trade fairs open doors to new business, but the paperwork surrounding subsidies and demanding logistics often hold companies back. At Acraft, we can help you with that. We'll show you how we secured five exhibitions in Germany for Malotraktory Šálek – and how you too can utilize the subsidy potential within the Marketing – Call III program.

Case Study: 5 exhibitions abroad

For our partner, Malotraktory Šálek s.r.o., we provided complete subsidy administration and organizational services for five foreign exhibitions under the OP TAK Marketing – Call II program. The goal was to enable the client to continue their regular activities and business development without restriction.

What did we secure?

  • Strategy and selection: We helped identify the five most suitable exhibitions abroad to best match the client's business goals.
  • Subsidy administration: We covered the demanding paperwork associated with EU subsidies.
  • Organizational service: We handled the logistics and realization of the exhibitions from A to Z.

New opportunity: OP TAK Marketing – Call III is running now

We are now seamlessly continuing with another program. A new opportunity has opened up for small and medium-sized enterprises to get support for participating in foreign trade fairs. Currently – until October 19 – applications are open for the Marketing – Call III subsidy program. At Acraft, we are already compiling documents for three partners for this program.
